Crescent Heights Kitchen

This project began with a small, outdated galley-style kitchen in a character-filled bungalow in the heart of the city. While the footprint remained the same, the transformation focused on light, function, and charm.

To open up the space, we removed the bulky upper cabinets and replaced them with minimalist open shelving, creating a breezier, more inviting feel. The cabinetry was updated to a lighter palette with modern brass hardware, and the floors were sanded back to their natural finish, adding warmth and cohesion.

Better task lighting and wall sconces now brighten the once-shadowy space, while thoughtful storage upgrades—like deep drawers and full-height pantry cabinets—maximize functionality without expanding the footprint.

The result is a kitchen that feels fresh, sweet, and highly usable—a total reinvention of an ordinary space into one of the most loved rooms in the home.
