My long time clients purchased a condo across from the Peace Bridge in Calgary. They had barely started to dig the hole when we begun discussing the materials we were allowed to select for floors, bathrooms, cabinets etc. The choice was limited. While the condo tower was being built we slowly devised a plan on furniture layout and style. All of the furniture was sourced from local vendors, some custom made. We slowly worked our way all the rooms carefully choosing comfort, functionality and design. We started by covering the white walls in a warm grasscloth wallpaper, which set the tone and instantly made the condo more inviting. The fireplace was designed using a Laminam large format tile.
